FPS—
How many times a second the page redraws. 60 is silky, under 30 looks choppy. The Twitch videos paint inside their own players — this measures the page around them: bars, menus, layout.
Loop lag—
The longest freeze of the page's brain this second. Under 60 ms you'd never notice; long freezes make clicks and hovers feel sticky.
Stalls—
Times this second the page was stuck on one job for over 50 ms — each one can swallow a few frames. Zero is the goal.
JS heap—
Memory the page's own JavaScript is holding. A steady line is healthy — one that only ever climbs can mean a leak. Video memory lives inside the players, not here.
